Yogalates is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst reducing stiffness. Yogalates for Tennis is a great way for tennis players to focus on the breath and give their body the time it needs to recover. It also helps with endurance, agility, and flexibility. The focus on breath in Yogalates is great for endurance, as well as improving your overall health and flexibility. In addition to taking care of their bodies, Yogalates also allows tennis players to improve their mental game by using some of the same principles found in meditation.
