1. With the exception of finals, each tournament round match will be played within a specified timeframe. See below. 
    
2. The draws for the different categories are as follows:
   - Men’s Open Singles - Round Robin (3 Groups of 5 players)
   - Men’s Advance Singles - Knockout (64 Draw)
   - Men’s Intermediate Singles - Knockout (64 Draw)
   - Women’s Intermediate Singles - Round Robin (3 Groups of 4/3 players)
   The TIME FRAME FOR MATCHES are as follows:
   - Sept 14 to Sept 21: Knockout 1st round matches, Round Robin Match 1
   - Sept 22 to Oct 2: Knockout  2nd round matches, Round Robin Match 2
   - Oct 3 to Oct 10: Knockout  3rd round matches, Round Robin Match 3
   - Oct 11 to Oct 15: Knockout  Quarterfinals, Round Robin Match 4
   - Oct 17: Knockout Semifinals, Round Robin Quarterfinals (courts provided by Organizer)
   - Oct 18: Knockout Finals, Round Robin Semis & Finals (courts provided by Organizer)
   (These time frames are subject to change)
   - For the Women’s Singles Round Robin, please follow the schedule but exclude Match 4 week and proceed to final week for your semifinal and finals matches.
   - For the Men’s Open Singles, the winner and runner up of each group PLUS the 2 best third placers qualify to the QUARTERFINALS.
   - For the Women’s Intermediate Singles, the winners of each group PLUS the best runner up qualify to the SEMIFINALS.
3. Every rupiah from the entry fees will be allocated to prize cash money for participants. Non-cash prizes will be additionally presented by Liga.Tennis and Sponsors. 
   The total prize for the tournament will be Rp.90.000.000 (Rp.42.000.000 in cash and Rp.48.000.000 in non cash prizes).
   Confirmed categories, format and prizes:
   Singles:
   - Men’s Advanced Singles - Knockout format (winner - 6jt,  runner up - 3jt)
   - Men’s Intermediate Singles - Knockout format (winner - 5jt, runner up - 2.5jt) 
   - Men’s Open Singles - Round Robin format (winner - 4jt, runner up - 2jt)
   - Women’s Intermediate Singles - Round Robin format (winner 3jt, runner up - 1.5jt)
   Doubles:
   - Men’s Advanced Doubles - Round Robin format (winner  - 5jt, runner up - 2.5jt)
   - Men’s Open Doubles - Round Robin format (winner - 5jt, runner up - 2.5jt)
    
4. All matches can only be played at one of Liga.Tennis centers: in Umalas or Nusa Dua. Special prices for court rentals are exclusively available for participants: Liga.Tennis Center & Academy (Umalas): IDR 200 000 / 1 hour, indoor court anytime; IDR 100.000 / 1 hour, outdoor court anytime. Liga.Tennis Nusa Dua: IDR 100.000 / 1 hour, indoor court anytime. 5. For SCHEDULING matches, it is the PLAYER’S responsibility to get in touch with his or her opponent via Liga app messenger, Whatsapp if you have your opponent’s number or email and book the court during the set time frame.  
   The PRIORITY of scheduling will be as follows:
   a. LOWER Seeded players (or unseeded) in the tournament will have priority booking (to choose time & court) over higher seeded players. 
   b. If 2 unseeded players are playing, check the ranking on the Liga.Tennis app and the LOWER ranking player gets priority on booking (to choose time & court). 
   c. If 2 players have no ranking, the OLDER or MORE SENIOR player will get priority booking (to choose time & court). 
   d. If both players can not agree on a time and day for a set time frame, both players will be DEFAULTED.
   e. If one of the players did not arrive to play a match or withdraw before the day of the match, the other player will get a default win 6-0, 6-0.
    
6. Tennis balls will be provided (Head Tour) per match only at LTCA Umalas. Balls to be returned to reception with the result of the finished match by the winner of the match. Towels will also be provided at no charge for tournament matches only at LTCA Umalas.
    
7. All finals of all categories will be played on October 18th, Sunday at LTCA Umalas. Trophies will be presented to the winners and runner ups as well as door prizes and non cash prizes will be raffled. 
    
8. Players won’t be able to update the match score in the App. Upon completion of your match, the winner must report the score with the receptionist at Liga facility and also return the used tennis balls.  Matches played outside Liga.Tennis facilities will be considered non valid.
    
9. Each player can only join 2 close levels for Singles and only 1 level for Doubles.
    
10. Matches will be the best of three sets. The third set if needed is a super tie-break (until 10). 
     
11. Matches are self-umpired and should be conducted in the spirit of fair play. You call the balls on your side of the court. If you are uncertain, your opponent gets the benefit of the doubt, and the ball is in/out. 
     
12. If a match has been suspended (for example, due to rain or other external circumstances), players should continue the match on another day (but within timeframe) from the current score.
     
13. Championship Organiser does not hold any responsibility for injury whilst participating in a Liga.Tennis Championship 2020.  
     
14. Championship Organiser’s decisions are final regarding the entry categories, seeded numbers, disputes etc. 
     
15. Participants will be registered for the draw only after entry fee is paid. So entry fees should be paid soon after joining the Championship.

     16.  Final Day's all championship matches will have umpires to officiating the matches. Any player during the tournament can request an official referee to observe and officiat their                  match for an extra fee Rp. 200.000. 
     
    17. During all Championship the audience is allowed to enter the courts to watch matches and use gray chairs which are located next to courts 1,2,3 and 5. Proper attitude is required:            please do not talk or walk between points, no on-court coaching is allowed etc.
